Construction is a complicated process involving many parties and it is essential to gain the right 'professional advice' before you embark on a project. The quality of drawings and specifications are key to all parties having a 'clear understanding of the intended works' and how they should be carried out. 

Contractors are carefully selected to ensure a high standard of workmanship.  We obtain competative estimates or formal tenders to gain 'best value'. We also advise on the correct use of building contracts.
